In honor of Veteran’s Day Mountain Valley Hospice made a special presentation to each of their patients who were Veterans. Social Worker Adrienne Quickenton and hospice volunteer Harry McCullough who is a Veteran, visited each patient and presented them with a flag pin and a card signed by hospice staff and cookies baked by McCullough. The fourth and fifth grades students from Boulevard School in Gloversville wrote essays about what the Veteran’s service meant to them and the essays were also shared.
