I would like to let the community know what a diamond we have right here in Fulton County.

Mountain Valley Hospice recently cared for my family member at the Nancy Dowd Hospice House, and I cannot convey enough what an outstanding organization this is. From the very first day of her care until the moment I walked out of her room the last time, we were all treated with dignity and respect. The staff are an incredible group of people who show nothing but professionalism and compassion for not only the patient, but the entire family. We cannot thank you enough for making a tough time in our lives a little more bearable. The volunteers who make dinners, or come in to play music for the patients, and the seniors who make flowers to be distributed to the patients have our admiration for taking the time to think of others.
